please do not rent with this estate agents I wish I had known what they were like before renting from them.
final fees and figures of how much the property is going to cost you is not shown until you have paid to take the property off the market,therefore you either pay the £300 asked to secure the property
staff are rude,they do not carry out necessary paper work which needs to be completed for renting a property instead blame you for not filling out forms which they admit afterwards without an apology that they forgot to send.
if any safety hazards occur within the property you are renting or appliances stop working don't expect a reply back even after various phone calls/ emails. all that is said is that they will look into why nothing was done on your last phone call. the staff are just plain rude and seriously under educated and I know if I had money on my side I would certainly seek legal advice as they have a duty of care and certain rules they should be following which they are just not interested in doing.
