This is the first time we have moved so we wanted a company who could give us the personal service we desired. Haarts Newport did just that. From Jonathan who provided us with the valuation to Rebecca who listened to our moans when things were not moving as quickly as we wanted. Everyone was friendly and happy to help. Thank you for everything.

Lower fees would be brilliant, but I appreciate there is a lot of work involved in setting up a tenancy, and it was a relief not to have to deal with this. The fees are in line with those of other estate agents, and I was able to save some money by putting together the Inventory myself. Getting the first (part-)rent for the first flat took a little bit of time, but this was also partly my own fault because I had not spotted an error in the original calculation. The first part-rent for the second flat was transferred very promptly and now that the rents are set up, I look forward to receiving subsequent transfers speedily.

I let my property twice through Haart. Should have learnt the first time. They are all talk. Property trashed twice while In there care. Certainly would NOT recommend,stay well clear,they caused me so much stress. ...
