The property was bought from Bradleys in 2004. It was latterly leased out through them from 2011 and finally sold through them in 2014.
We have found Jon, Sam and Amanda to be friendly, competent and capable. They always had time to answer any questions we asked them. The office itself is well situated on Tregenna Hill, the main road leading into St Ives and they appear to have the finger on the pulse on what is actually happening in St Ives and the surrounding area.
Regarding the rating, they are actually very good and if we were to buy or rent a property in St Ives again we would use them again as they have a good track record with us.
Comment on agent fees
In reality we cannot really quibble about agents fees as they tend to do a fair amount of work apart from buying and selling they mediate between purchaser and vendor and their respective solicitors.
