AVOID. Small business and a lack of coordination and communication. These guys are the used car salesmen of the estate agent world. Moving is stressful so avoid these guys as much as possible for piece of mind.
What agent could do to change your mind?
No one seems to take responsibility in sorting an issue. You're either told they're too busy or they've been on holiday so it's nothing to do with them. I don't understand how it could be seen as a professional service they offer when nothing but excuses.

The arrogance in your reply shows the level of customer service you provide.

You fail to mention the fact Nigel told us the wrong information and when he was on holiday your office staff had no idea what was going on and didn't want to deal with anything.

As I said before, I'm surprised you are still in business.

Dear Ming,
I am sorry that you felt the service you received was not up to our normal standard.(Please see other reviews).However, having looked into your complaint I believe the fault in in this instance, lies entirely with you. You either did not read or understand the tenancy agreement you signed, which clearly stated that we required closing accounts of ALL utility bills before returning your deposit.Once we received these, your deposit was returned in full.
Being rude and aggressive to my staff via telephone and e-mail was not going to change our company procedure.
I would also like to take this opportunity thank your partner Rebecca for her favourable e-mail thanking us for our professional services.

What agent could do to change your mind?
