Costumer service at SAB was horrendous. when I went to pick up my keys I was given the contract to sign while the women serving me just left me there without going through any of it and served more people while ignoring me...despite the fact I'd just handed over over a thousands pounds to them. When it turned out I'd signed the wrong part in one place I had to sit there for an hour while they printed out a new sheet, during which time the women 'serving me' rudely asked 'are you not happy' and became extremely pissy when I said
I'm not happy waiting without knowing how long I'll be here for. When the sheet was finally signed She threw the keys at me and didn't even say bye or thanks. this is the worst customer service I've ever seen.
Also while I was there another cost,er had an envolope thrown back at the and was spoken too sharply. two other costumes came in to pay a deposit to be told that they hadn't paid enough and the actual deposit was more.
when I moved into the house, the inventory barely matched what was in the house , the locks on the front door were impossible to open and there wasn't one chair that wasn't broken in the place.
the staff are rude, unhelpful and really don't care about their customers. When you go into their office you are. Ace to feel like an annoyance rather than a valued costumer despite the huge amounts of money your giving their business. I was also left to wait over 5mins before anyone in the office even acknowledge me

rent from the year before was increased by over ‚£35 which is not reasonable. admin fees of over ‚£200were not reasonable either when other agencies charge ‚£70!
