Once again, we are very happy with our dealings with the agent. This is the third time they have successfully found tenants for our properties - reacting to our request to source new tenants immediately, handling appointments with no bothering of us and securing us another excellent set of tenants. Communication skills of the whole team are fantastic, with us always kept up to date with proceedings but with confidence that they were managing things exceptionally. David was incredibly efficient in handling the marketing and accusing us on best rental prices and Jeneke was very component in the administration of the paperwork. Wholeheartedly recommend and we'll be back in touch with other tenancy requests in the future!
