Abraham was very helpful and professional in the initial stages of selling our house and very thorough in his information about the buyers who made offers making the initial stages of the sale less daunting. Sadie looked after us very well, folowing the chain and keeping us informed when there were problems and keeping us sane when we thought the whole chain would break down, even ringing us after hours on the Friday when we had finally exchanged contracts with 1 minute to spare. Ann Leaver who took over when Sadie was ill was very helpful pushing to keep the chain going keeping in touch with the other agents, once again keeping us sane when we were despairing of ever exchanging contracts. The whole staff were welcoming and helpful, creating a very happy atmosphere whenever we visited the office. Thank you all. We would definitely recommend you.

Abraham's valuation of our property was also excellent. He had valued the property at £975000.00. After discussing this further with him and taking into consideration other properties on the market the fact that our property was in excellent condition, I wanted to market the property at £1,000,000. Abraham had no issue in marketing the property at that price as he felt the property would sell comfortably for that. He was right!
