I found this agency easy to deal with initially , but don't rely on them to help you or back you up in anyway shape or form IN ANY SITUATION , after a Quartley Gas bill of over £170 for a tiny 1 bed shoebox of a property i had to ask what it was about , which i have written and asked for a gas official engineer to come out and look at the meter , a private (self employed ) engineer then condemned my boiler and stated on the check sheet ''boiler is sub standard'' nothing has happened and the boiler remains 1 year later , i have been suffering with a broken kitchen window which has been reported several times , one handy man came to look , told me he would return the following day to repair for me , 6 weeks later i still have a window that doesn't shut , the grout it all the tile work has worn away and bits are scattered around the flat , not to mention the countless rude phone calls and letters of harassment from both William Donovan & The landlord himself . ALL IN ALL I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE AND INVEST YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE ., i have just got on the property laddder as a 1st timer buyer and Williams & Donavan put me off a number of properties due to there involvement . I must add this is no refelction on Paul from Williams & Donavan

The boiler did require repair during your tenancy however it was never condemned and was repaired on 13th Novermber.
The kitchen window was booked in for repair but due to lack of co-operation on your part was unable to be completed.
Phone calls to chase overdue rent and utility bills is not harassment and would not have been necessary if you paid your rent on time.
Throughout this process you have been verbally aggressive to several members of staff which has not helped in resolving these issues.
Our landlord was totally satisfied with our management service regarding these issues.
This matter is now being dealt with in the correct manner with the appropriate professional bodies.
