My home was on the market with another for nearly 9 months with no more that 10 viewings before we switched to LINKS. They were keen from the onset vigorously following all leads and only showing good prospective buyers. Even after the initial interest subsided they persevered relentlessly. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always happy to show people round. Another thing that makes them stand out was that they were prepared to do viewings when our dog was alone in the house, Ryan briefed all his staff on how handle and to introduce him to strangers so that he would not run away or put off prospective buyers. Most agents want owner to be present if their pets are to be there during viewings.
The Links staff are all very genuinely pleasant, intuitive, good at reading people, (both clients and buyers), knowledgeable, not pushy and they achieved a very good outcome for us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others or use them again myself.
