I have been with the JPBrimelow team for over 14 years and they have managed my properties either through the purchase or selling or letting and full property management. I have always found the team dedicated, efficient and professional in all aspect of my dealings. They are very customer focused and adaptive to changing needs and the enviroment in which they are managing on my behalf. A great team supoortive and dilligent.

Comment on agent fees
So far I am undecided on whether I would use again. Perhaps I have been a little new to this too and expected to have been spoken to more. Also I wasn't expecting the initial fee to have vat added leaving me with ƒâ€š‚£164 which was less that anticipated. As mentioned, I expect that today's events are teething problems and as long as my property is looked after and my tenants are happy so am I.

What agent could do to change your mind?
1) Transparency of agency fees. 2) Respond to issues in a timely manner. 3) Abide by the law.

No transparency. The fees were sprung on us last minute and explained away as being necessary for printing a few forms. >ƒâ€š‚£300 for printing a few forms followed by a negligent service that often breached the law.

What agent could do to change your mind?
1. Furnish property as advertised OR reduce rent accordingly. 2. Give 24 hours notice AND/OR ask permission to enter or let people into the property. 3. Acknowledge and admit to mistakes. Apologise and offer financial compensation for said mistakes. 4. Not disobey contract law. 5. Only allow trusted contractors onto property AND/OR give clear instructions to contractors.
