We had a nightmare at first. Marketed with another agent, went under offer. Found a property to buy and after four months of waiting our vendors decided that they did not want to sell any more. Found a new property to buy and then find out our buyer did not want to buy anymore. Other agent found another buyer but that buyer pulled out over the weekend. After six months trying to battle this we contacted Bairstow Battersea and spoke to Tony. Tony was amazing. He came round that very evening. By the weekend we had a busy open day and received and accepted an offer. Things were very smooth sailing after that. Tony kept us fully informed and thoroughly worked for our benefit. He chased solicitors to make sure exchange and completion happened when he said it would happen. Tony always says "I'm a man of my word" and he truly is. He is always contactable or he gets back to you in no time. Emails, Tony replies within minutes. Tony strives for the best and he really does achieve the best for his clients. Tony was so professional and attentative to our every need and that kept the process smooth. After a long 8 month battle (approx 6 weeks of that with Bairstow eves), Tony Ennis got us into our new home. Extremely happy with the service we received. Wish we went to Bairstow eves Battersea in the first place instead of the other agent. Fees are a bit high but then again, you do get what you pay for. Service and results we received was worth every penny of the fees. Amazing Tony, man of many skills and amazing and friendly team. Could not have asked for a better service. Tony exceeds and goes way beyond normal standards. Tony, I salute you.
