friendly front of house staff, terrible higher management staff!, very poor PR skills, I would never use them again, its a miracle that buyers ever get through to them cause they never answer the phone, call them and you will see, you will just get the answer machine a lot of the time, Ive even known them to be closed on a weekday! not good.

I agree with this review. The staff always sound friendly, but behind that there is a complete lack of action, not following through on requests, we have unanswered emails, calls never returned... I could go on. I would not use this agent unless I absolutely had to. We even discount viewing properties because we simply never want to deal with them again. Nov 03, 2011
I agree, front of house staff are friendly and have never had a problem getting through to them in the office. I do believe they are overvaluing many of their properties, to the extent that it puts us off even enquiring. It's not particularly a question of not affording the price, just that we would not be prepared to even negotiate on a price that's so overinflated in today's market. We are happy renting and will continue to do so until prices start to reflect reality. Jul 31, 2011
I find the comment by DaveRead at complete odds to my own experience, yes front of house staff brilliant and the same for all other points of contact within Cavendish Ikin. Honest valuation on property and great service both as a seller and a purchaser. Yes did have answer machine a couple of times but staff returned call in matter of minutes.
