I was very impressed by this agency, but more specifically Tony. I bought my property from them 7 years ago, and it felt right to resell it through them, as the buying experience had been so positive. Selling with them was even more positive. Despite not giving the highest quote, I felt their no 'BS' attitude and attentiveness through the process was excellent. As a first-time seller, I had lots of questions that they were very good at answering and they found good buyers quickly in a very strange market. Their sales strategy was also very good and they adapted quickly to the new market conditions. I'd definitely use them again (if lucky enough to be buying/ selling in the area) and cannot rate Tony's skills as an agent highly enough. I hope other agents can learn from him, as his style will result in more win-wins for clients and buyers.
Comment on agent fees
Agents fees were reasonable and fair for market conditions. I probably could have negotiated a little harder, but felt it was a fair fee for the work that was eventually put in to close the sale.
