From the moment my partner and I viewed the property to the point of exchange Gascoigne-Pees have been incredibly accommodating, helpful and informative.
William Papworth went above and beyond the remit of what I would expect from an estate agent, I honestly do not think the purchase would have gone through without his wise words and guidance along the way.
I used an online estate agent to sell my house but have come to realise that if you pay peanuts expect monkeys (which unfortunately I did). I will be recommending and using Gascoigne-Pees for future house sales.

Thank you so much for your very kind review. It was certainly quite a protracted process. I must say that I completely agree with points you have raised which highlights what type of agent clients wish. I know how stressful moving is and agents should not just agree the sale and move on to the next but work with all parties throughout the process to exchange hopefully keeping stress levels to a minimum and within a reasonable time frame. This is really key decision at the point of choosing your agent and clients should certainly ask how actively involved their agent is during the legal process. As a matter of course I am of the opinion that although the fee was agreed and was the most competitive of 3 generally agents fees are too high with vat added for house sale values
