We originally purchased our house in Wilmslow through Gascoigne Halman and their knowledge of property in the two or three streets of Victorian houses immediately surrounding the house impressed us at the time so they were a logical choice when we came to sell 10 years later. We did look at other agents but Gascoigne Halman valued it (and sold it) in the range we were expecting (one agent valued it considerably higher - too high in our view) and provided sensible advice. The particulars presented the house well and the photography was well done. In the end, it was not the most straightforward of sales and Gascoigne had to work hard for their fees (particularly James!) but they made it as easy for us as they could and we were left in doubt that we had made the correct choice. We are moving out of the area now but, were that not the case, we would use Gascoigne Halman again without hesitation.
