I must confess I didn't have a very favourable impression of estate agents going into the process of selling my property and having seen the actions of a few others along the journey would still be very wary, but I do have to say we found Patrick Williams a shining exception throughout the process. Our transaction was complicated as a sell fell through twice and a purchase once, but throughout they acted quickly, calmly and professionally, reacted to the knock backs well and I felt did their upmost to get us back on track and through to successful completion.
We went with them as we had seen them in action on a property we were looking to buy, and they impressed as far more than other established names who had shown us round other potential purchases. It was clearly the right decision, with attention to detail, ease of contact, responsiveness and a clever way to market our property which we hadn't thought of high on the list of why we considered them best in class and have given them a second smaller property of ours to sell ahead of the existing letting agent for that property. They also achieved above our target price for the sale. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending.
