After being let, my property was left with a "to let" board for almost three months
As a partner in the property my views did not match my other partners so only a favourable
answer resolution was asked and acted upon regarding actions.
They allowed a dog to be accepted when that was not what we wanted
They gave permission to install a satellite dish ( definitely not consulted about)
And once the check out was completed they continued to leave a to let board outside of property.
Staff are polite but not informed, self motivated gains and quick to pass off any problems.
Left with a now run down 5yr old house that looks like it's 40 yrs old.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE AGENTS TO ANYONE!!!
Landlord's beware!!!

What agent could do to change your mind?
Been truthful, not tried at every opportunity to try to latch onto any loophole to get out of providing even the most rudimentary of care and property management - i.e. providing working keys to the doors which were the only means of fire escape. Kept to their word about permitting permission for early vacation of the property.Attached Filesnbsp;
