From start to finish Winkworth were a dream to deal with, Aaron contacted me the morning after I searched online and set up viewings that day showing us a few in the area, he was engaging and well informed, we found with a lot of agents they just stood there, making us feel like because we are tenants we didn't matter to their business, this wasn't the case with Aaron. He even skipped his dinner to show us the property for a second time! The whole process was seamless, when passed to Telisha she was ever present and her communication was great we didn't have to chase her down or keep calling asking for status updates, she made sure we had those as and when she did!
When we went to pick up the keys in Kensal Rise they weren't available but the guys there got on to it straight away and we had them within the hour.
Thank you to the entire team, our house hunt was a nightmare so you have restored our faith!

Comment on agent fees
We found them to be more than fair for the service provided the only one complaint I have it that the keys weren't available and having done everything right everywhere else it just seemed like the last detail wasn't looked after. This was however rectified as soon as they could.

We think that yes it is fair to pay 7% commission for finding a tenant in the first year . Nevertheless not so fair to charge an extra 5 % for the second term .This should be free . This fee is for finding a tenant and should only be payable in the first year . Many thanks

See above - Rentshield Direct were terrible. I would go to another agent to avoid them. Failure to see outside the box and 'computer says no' attitude made the process painful and required lots of time and effort on my part.
