Michael Donnelly was helpful, friendly, and with his associate Jordan, kept me well informed throughout the sales transactions.

I would also like to mention the way that you managed my property whilst renting it out, for the last nine years, which concerns all of the management staff in conducting the queries and problems involved with the tenant, i.e. breaking down of washing machine, problems with the boiler etc. All were managed in a very efficient and professional manner, and I would like you to thank all of the staff in both sales and management, for the friendly and professional way they carried out this function.

I would have no hesitation in recommending your services to any prospective clients.
Comment on agent fees
Considered them higher than expected, bearing in mind that you are acting for me as sole Agents. I was quoted at ‚£6,600, and I did not realise this was excluding VAT.
