Marisa took on the management of our Property in July. We had some outstanding issues with damp/condensation which we had received little communication on previously.
Marisa showed great empathy really understanding our situation & did a fantastic job to get the ball rolling. Marisa kept us in the loop at all times, ensuring that there was no lack in communication at any point receiving regular phone calls advising of updates & also the next steps.
Marisa organised an engineer to attend and inspect the property within the week. Once the visit had taken place Marisa called to advise that unfortunately it was an issue with condensation, due to this there was limited they were able to do in terms of building maintenance. Marisa did however, go the extra mile and research ways to reduce condensation, recommending some very cheap but affective options which has significantly reduced our issue with condensation.
This is my first time renting a property, I was quite daunted by the idea but due to Marisa's support & kindness I would strongly recommend Preston Baker to any of my friends/family.
