Worst experience ever!!!!! When I first called i spoke with someone called Ricky, who sounded very bored and from the sound of his voice he seemed like he could not be bothered i was told someone would get back to me regarding a viewing, no one did so i called back and again they said the same thing but no one did get back to me. A family member arranged an appointment with Tom for a viewing. My husband took the day off work we bought train tickets costing £50, went to the property and no one turned up. When we called the estate agents they said there was no booking for that time and also the property was no longer available, it had been sold that morning, none of us had been notified of this and wasted a lot of our hard earned money and time. Very rude staff! With zero customer service skills and a very bored 'can't be asked' attitude! Stay well away from this branch!

Well, it seems that there was a mistake on the bill. Accidentally overcharged by £24.00 for the part. Spoke to the guy who is supposed to be sorting it out and after I told him about it he claimed he had also spoken to him. (ok). Still no statement or explanation as to why the rent is being paid to us in bits and pieces.
On another subject with them, they say debit card payments by the tenant take 4 days to reach their account so they ask them to pay 4 days before it is due. However they the ...
