Dealing with Sinton Andrews was an absolute pleasure. It was easy, painless and they always made us feel completely supported. You get a sense that they are a real family firm still and this comes through in the way they work. One thing that made a real difference for us is that they assigned a different agent to the vendor and the buyer. So we felt that Rob was really representing us only. Often you feel the agent is playing off vendor against buyer but this was not the case. We never had to deal directly with the other agent at Sinton who was represeting the vendor.
They were sympathetic to any problems and instead of putting pressure on us, they tried to help. Having them local to us meant we could always just pop in and there was always a friendly face there to help. They were honest and trustworthy and they clearly care about their clients. They helped negoitate the best deal for us even if that meant they lost out.
Estate agents get a bit of a bad reputation but Sinton Andrews don't fit into that bracket. A family firm with family values. Makes all the difference.
