Met Dan at Prospect office as they held several properties, all very close to our exact requirements. Dan bent over backwards to secure early, pre marketing viewings and three of four spot on. Regrettably the first vendor was simply unrealistic about the value, the second changed his mind and stayed put and the third was a divorce sale. The third vendor proved tricky to deal with but between our selling agent and Ryan we reached what we all thought was the finishing line. Sadly the vendor changed her mind at last minute and withdrew from sale. We'd had enough by this point but we'd built up a very good relationship with Dan by now and welcomed his tentative calls or texts about prospective properties. He was never pushy, really knew what we were after but nothing really hit the mark. Several months passed and we felt re-energised and scoured the market again but pickings were thin. We finally found a property thru another agent, in an area outside the previous search parameters. Once our offer was being seriously considered we had absolutely no doubt who we would sell with - Prospect! Previous experience convinced us no one would work harder to market and close a sale. And so it transpired. Our house wasn't difficult to sell in the market conditions but the price we achieved was definitely top of the range we had hoped for but not really expected. Ryan took charge over last few days and secured this figure. Prospect Winnersh comprise a top flight team. No office would work harder. Thank you, especially Dan. If you run any sort of award I wouldn't hesitate to nominate him.
