Demanded a non-refundable deposit £500 to apply for a letting. When asked for terms and conditions I was told that they I'd see them after paying the £500. They even tried to charge the credit card fee of 2.5% to accept a non-refundable £500 deposit. The sad fact is that they're in business because people are stupid enough to pay it. Chancers and rude to boot.
