I first used the services of Brad when selling my first property, Brad was very professional, confident and friendly. I had know doubt that Brad wouldnt do anything but a great job when trying to sell our house. Brad scheudled an open house and our property practically sold on the day. Brad done a fantastic job and I was so impressed with Brad that when it came to selling my second property, Brad at Balgores was my first point of call. Again he done another fantastic job selling my flat, i never had any problems with appointments and he always kept me informed with the sale of the flat. He gave me advice and his opinions and definately felt more of a friend than an estate agent. I would reccommend Brad to anyone that plans on selling thier property and only wish i had more houses i could send his way! Really could not reccommend him enough.
Comment on agent fees
I think the fees are fare for the work that the estate agent does. I have never had great experience with estate agents but when they do a job as good as Brad then i expect to may the fee charged.
