I have dealt with 4 different branches, 2 different complaints departments and 2 regional directors and due to their incompetence I am now homeless and £4500 out of pocket plus the mortgage for the property I am buying has expired and interest rates have gone up which leaves me further out of pocket all because they could do their jobs properly. This is both the Estate agent side and financial services. They have broken data protection laws and when the chain fell apart they tried to hide it from me so I would go with another estate agent. All in all 6 months down the line the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life and moreover they don't even care. Even their employees tell me how bad a company they are!

The fees is not the issue but the service and detailed explanation of next move. I have paid £780 to my agent 2014 and still got a frustrating service but £500 I paid Bestow eve is a good value for my money.
