Having marketed my property with heavy scepticism that all estate agents would be 'money hungry wide-boys' I can comfortably say that Balgores have completely shattered that perception. In short - I couldn't have asked for a more positive experience that that experienced with Balgores Estate Agency and specifically their negotiator Brad Stanton.
From valuation to completion Brad and Balgores offered an exceptional and professional service that exceeded any expectations I had for an agent and/or agency. His sales approach was low pressure and not only beat the closest rival by a significant level of commission but was so resolute that he would be able to find a buyer for the top of my guide price that also offered a heavily reduced exclusivity duration (which none of the competitors would consider). These two factors coupled with his highly personable character were instrumental in our choice in instructing Balgores as our sales agent.
On several occasions Brad would take and place calls out of hours from 7am-7pm including days that he was out of the office and I felt that he had genuine care for progressing the sale on a personal level over and above what would be required to command Balgores sales fee
Our sale was anything but straight forward and despite several set-backs, buyers withdrawing and difficult solicitors, Brad maintained a level of positivity and enthusiasm that was refreshing and commanded us to share his belief that we would complete on our sale at a price that was over and above our initial expectations.
I would actively recommend the service I received to anyone considering a property sale in the Romford area and whilst I sold a penthouse apartment through Balgores, I am confident that Brad's competence and abilities would be more that transferrable to any other property type.

Comment on agent fees
Balgores were able to beat the panel of competitors thanked in part by a 'no-VAT' promotion. As a side note, I would have been happy to have paid a market level fee for the service that was supplied by Balgores - it just so happened to be advantageous that they coincedentally happened to be the cheapest agent at the time.
