Dear Haart
I am writing to you to let you know about how Samantha Stevens from Brixton has been absolutely fantastic at seeing through our exchange.
It has been a very frustrating and I am sure a complex saga with six people making the chain.
Sam put up with all the dramas and reassured us when I will be honest I thought the whole thing was going to collapse. I think she did as well !!!
Sam was determined, she shone through and along with Jess Brown, our solicitor from Movehomelegal (incidently recommended by Paul from Haart Worcester Park) achieved our exchange.
Both Sam and Jess stuck with it . I know its their job but I feel they both did go above and beyond their duties.
Many thanks to Paul Markey at Worcester Park Haart, a very nice man who is always their to answer our questions, he is friendly, professional and knows his stuff and all his staff who helped us again a great big thank you.
