Pam was incredibly helpful in helping me secure a new flat in a new area to me, Hitchin. Given I was travelling from London for viewings she made every effort to arrange viewings at convenient times and kept me updated. She is very personable and efficient, everything has moved along smoothly since securing the flat and I'm very excited to be moving in soon.
