What can I say? Possibly the worst agency I have ever dealt with. No inventory done when we moved in so they took absolutely ever opportunity they could to swindle money out of us when we left the property. We left the property in a spotless condition but we were still chargeD 250!!!!!! pounds for a clean.
The day after we moved out we were charged for another months rent and this money wasn't returned to us for two weeks despite numerous phone calls and emails (almost all of which were ignored). It was only after I'd contacted a lawyer about the implications of holding on to monies that is not rightfully theirs and making interest that the issue was miraculously dealt with.The pittance of a deposit was eventually returned to us but way over the 10 days deadline that was required of them.
So many issues with the flat that were either dealt with slowly and poorly, or simply not at all. They never pick up the phone, they ignore your emails, thay are, put simply, a terrible example of a property business that only lends further fuel to the stereotype that all letting agents are cowboys out to steal money from you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

What agent could do to change your mind?
Find some morals, pick up your phone, understand that people respond to quality service and fairness. You may have made money from us for 2 years but rest assured you will never gain my or any of my friends business ever again because of the horrible service you provide. I'm a teacher and I get to wake up every morning knowing that I'll have a positive impact on many peoples lives. You must wake up every morning knowing that you're having a largely negative impact. You need to reverse that if you are going to succeed, not in business, but rather as a human being.Attached Filesnbsp;
Comment on agent fees
They will absolutely destroy you when it comes to the deposit and they charge you 50 quid every 6 months just for the pleasure of paying them rent. Ridiculous

What agent could do to change your mind?
Find some morals, pick up your phone, understand that people respond to quality service and fairness.
