The assistance with making the contacts, visiting the property, and a good level of communication during an unusually complex purchase, by Matthew Berry, Jan Johnson and Victoria Greenwood, was excellent. I have now decided to use Reeds Rains as managing agent for me, for this property. I would happily use this agency again, and indeed will give them the specifications for my next 'target property' tomorrow morning.

Hugely extortionate and not justified, lots of hidden costs and charges to not reflect the quality of the service provided. By the property management's inefficiency it has cost us a huge amount of money, which I hold proof of.
