I dealt with Leigh Lawler (of Lawler & Co) in June 2014 when I approached his company to assist with sourcing a tenant for a rental property that I own. The advice provided by Mr Lawler, including the anticipated rental value and how to market the property, was exemplary. Under his guidance the property was marketed via all the major property websites and a sales brochure was produced that portrayed the property in the most professional and positive manner.
Furthermore the lines of communication between myself (the client) and Lawler & Co was super efficient. Any enquiries were answered swiftly and the staff at Lawler & Co were always helpful and professional in their conduct.
Therefore based on my experience of Lawler & Co then I would have no hesitation in recommending them to any prospective Landlord or Seller etc.
Comment on agent fees
At the time of dealing with Lawler & Co there fees were the most competitive compared with other companies operating in the same region.
