The agent over promised and under delivered on even the most basic service levels. We were really disappointed with the level of service we received. We instructed them to market the property on the 16th June 14 and in the 8 weeks that followed we received 1 follow up call on the 19th June 14. This means that had I not called to chase them, we would have had no contact for a period of almost 8 weeks, not quite the bi-weekly update call we were promised! I spoke to the branch on the 25th July 14 and asked that these calls were kept up to date with but they still weren't so we decided that we had no confidence in their service and ability to market our home and put it into the hands of another agent. The listing also didn't appear on all the portals listed on their website and they achieved zero interest and viewings in the 2 months they marketed the property. When I emailed them to tell them we were leaving and why I had no response and the property was immediately removed from all portals. Didn't even get any feedback or apology so they obviously don't value their customers. Such a shame as we really bought into the salesman and felt the agency would look after us and offer a really good service and keep us updated.
