I have had the most horrendous two years with Haarts Colchester ( head office) and the Torquay office. so much so that they have lost me a tenant. Communication was poor to the extent that although I was paying for a fully managed service, I had to get involved with contractors and indeed with the tenant.
I have not received one inspection report in the last two years - the tenant says they have never even been to the property. They gave a contractor my address who sent me a bill requesting money for a job - the funds were sat in Haarts bank account. I paid for over £700.00 for an airflow system for damp - I now realise I didn't need it but this was down to their bad communication. Going local now!!

Similar issues renting from SpicerHaart, Wimbledon. The worst real estate agents I've ever met... As you can see in the picture, the sink was clogged, we wait around 1 month to fix it. After one month and a lot of headaches, they ask some plumbers to come, but the problem is more complex, after 2 days the sink is again clogged. They have to invest some in pipes... ...
