After a bad experience with another property falling through close to exchange, relocating from one end of the country, having a small baby and buyers due to move in just 3 weeks later, we were naturally anxious customers.
Stevie showed us around the property and was very straightforward in everything that she said. We trusted her from the start and she was not the least bit pushy but had a such good local knowledge that she was able to respond to any concerns that we had and we left feeling that we had found a better house than the one that we had planned to buy. We made an offer later that afternoon and despite it being a weekend and the seller being on holiday, we had an agreement in principle by the end of the day the following day (Sunday). Stevie took time out of her own weekend to get the deal done and we were so grateful for that-it went over and above what we expected.
Once the offer had been accepted, Chris took over and I can only thank him for his efforts in getting the deal over the finishing line. Slow solicitors on both sides seemed to be grinding things to a halt but we had already moved out of our home, our things were in storage and we were living with family so getting the purchase completed quickly was incredibly important. Chris was in constant contact with us, the seller and both sets of solicitors and provided is with very regular updates- far more quickly than our solicitors ever did. Chris worked so hard, to keep things moving and I can honestly say that without his input I think we would still be waiting for the keys. Throughout the purchase l felt that we were in really safe hands, and there would be no suprises which was so important after our bad experience shortly before.
In all, I was really impressed with this agency and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
