I carried out work for this company to a property that they were managing. It took 3 months and numerous phone calls before I got paid. When I finally asked for a name of somebody so I could "start making a nuisance of myself". a cheque arrived the next day.
They have since asked me to quote for more work but I have declined and would recommend to any other contractor that they get written confirmation of payment terms before carrying out any work.
