Pam had dealt with the property at the time the last tenant moved in and made the transition with professional ease. She was helpful, at all time courteous,and advised me regarding the marketing of the apartment. This included her frank comments about decoration and carpets. She made life easier by putting me in touch with a decorator (used) and carpet supplier (not used on price). She analysed the best possible scenario regarding rent,which was achieved.

Pam had a professional poise about her, very confident and extremely well turned out. I felt safe that she knew what she was doing and knew how to get the best deal for me yet at the same being fair to the eventual tenant.

On a personal note I found Pam most pleasant to deal with, always helpful and very calm in her activity. I would have no hesitation in using her services again and would recommend her to others.
