Thanks Mathew for all your help in assisting in the successful purchase of our property. I found you most helpful and effective. I would not hesitate to give you five stars for the survice you gave to us.
Comment on agent fees
Although this was a Tender purchase and we did know from the off-set that we were to pay the seller fee of ‚£2800 plus vat it seems very high. Over 4 times what we would of expected to pay, if we were selling the house.

Hugely extortionate and not justified, lots of hidden costs and charges to not reflect the quality of the service provided. By the property management's inefficiency it has cost us a huge amount of money, which I hold proof of.
