Sunil and team take the lazy approach to doing business, being hawkish about getting paid but providing absolutely no service in exchange for that. The property was plagued with problems from the start (windows not opening, bathroom and toilet doors not locking but most importantly damp and mould) and even though Sunil was kept informed of any and all correspondence with the owner to try and get these issues resolved, he chose to ignore that he had rented out a property that was simply not fit for occupation.
When eventually the owner decided to perform a revenge eviction at the end of the tenancy period, as he must have had enough of the valid complaints we provided in writing every month, Sunil once again took his hands off the case entirely and just let an entirely unreasonable owner ride roughshod over the tenants, ultimately Regal Estates customers.
What agent could do to change your mind?
When challenged, Sunil's response is not to actually ensure that he and his team provide proper service and have their facts in order, but to be mouthy and smart instead.
