Where to start, Asbestos was found in the property, despite 30 calls and emails Touchstone did not attend the property and either control of remove the asbestos. They only agreed to remove the asbesos after I had a professional contractor come in and remove it professionally, having given Touchstone every opportunity to deal with it. Touchstone had no interest in dealing with a stack of essential maintenance issues, they only started to deal with some of the issues after I had the councils environmental heath officer come into the property who had to communicate this through to them. In short they just wanted the rent and not the costs. They also withheld the security deposit after I withheld the rent owing to the outstanding asbestos issue. Despite me leaving the property in very good condition and posting the keys back to them they continue to charge me rent. I have given up trying to deal with these people, Catherine has spoken to me in the most unproffessional manner it is unbeliable. Linsey cannot deal with customers.
I would strongly advise anyone thinking of dealing with these people to protect yourself as they are not a decent company filled with dirty, lying little people who have no honabillity whatsoever. I did try to complain up the chain within their company however you will be met with an attitude which suggests that they are in no way interested in resolving any issue with they have to pay for.
I will upload one of the pictures of damp just so you can see what we were living in. This was taken when we left in May.

What agent could do to change your mind?
If customers are on the phone, I would hope the person on the other end would have the common decency to listen to what I am saying and not to talk over me. Frankly I do not believe that any amount of feedback is going to resolve the ugly little people in this organisation. I was allocated Touchstone when my landlord decided to stop paying his rent so the property was taken control of by Barclays Bank. I never wanted or entered into a contract with this disgraceful bunch of slum lords.Attachments

Agency fees are not worth it - 200 to do a credit check and a reference check experience does credit check for free, 1 phone call to your current employer does not cost more then 1 pound on the phone bill

Dreadful - as a tenant please do not consider using them.
Couldnt have been worse at getting problems fixed , answering calls and emails. kept making promises to do things and then not! - 5 weeks to fix a problem with hot water.
