Having already used Greenfield to manage the letting of my property and having experienced their excellent customer service, I had no doubts in using them again when I decided to sell my flat. The entire process was very well managed and hassle free. Andy Read came to evaluate the flat at a time that was convenient for my family and myself and in a couple of days he had taken photos and set up the information on the web page. Andy suggested an open house and kept us informed each time a prospective buyer showed interest in the property. 48 hours after the open house we received a serious offer for the flat and Greenfield kept us regularly informed of how the conveyancing process was progressing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Greenfield services to other sellers!

Historically I always felt the 'finders fee' very high - but my association with Elizabeth at Greenfield's changed my view. Her efficiency of finding, vetting and placing the tenant was so fast and seemed hassle free, though I expect that was far from reality. Subsequently, taking control and managing my own let, Elizabeth was always available for help and advise me. She never pushed me down a path I was not wanting to tread and always listened and answered silly questions without making me feel totally stupid. When I queried how much this next question would cost me, she smiled and cheerily said 'Its all part of our service.' A service well worth every penny.
