Victoria and her small team provided me with an outstanding service throughout the whole process of finding a tenant for my flat. I cannot recommend UBU Lettings highly enough.
Victoria kept in contact with me through the whole process and was willing to answer and discuss any questions that I had. She managed to find me excellent tenants and negotiated a deal that I was extremely happy with. This was all done for a very reasonable price that means I will definitely use their services again should I need to find a new tenant. Victoria was able to arrange everything that I required as a landlord, as in safety certificates, energy assessments etc and nothing was too much trouble for her to organise. Overall it was her and her teams friendly and professional approach that shone through.
