We have recently exchange on a property in Walthamstow and had an excellent experience with Outlook. First Tony Platt allowed us to view the house a week ahead of the open house as we were unable to attend the following week. He was very honest about the condition of the house and didn't try to oversell what was clearly a house in need of a lot of work. "it is what it is" was a phrase he used - and having dealt with some pushy estate agents in the past it was good to have a straight conversation for once.

Once our offer was accepted Vish took over proceedings and he was really helpful and patient as we had to go through a number of surveys and our buyers at the other end were frustratingly slow to deal with. Our solicitor turned out to be absolutely hopeless and Vish was really helpful in keeping the vendors informed and on board as everything moved at a slower pace than necessary.

Estate agents get a bad reputation, and there are certainly some terrible agencies in Walthamstow who are contributing to this. But I would not hestiate in recommending Outlook as an agency. They got a good price for the house for the vendor and as the buyer we feel they have been honest and straightforward throughout. Hopefully we won't be moving for a very long time, but when the time comes to sell I will approach Outlook.
