I think that attitude speaks a lot and unfortunately for Whittaker and Biggs the attitude from the Congleton store was disappointing. I have never come accross a sales person who was quite so rude, I was looking to buy a house and asked for contact back from the lady I had originally spoken to on numerous occasions, this responses did not happen for days. When she finally responded she was short, rude and unpleasant and made me feel like a complete inconvenience. Maybe I am misunderstanding the role of an estate agent but I thought it was to sell homes- not this lady, she made it so difficult I ended up looking elsewhere and buying a different property with a much more friendly estate agent who actually made it achievable for me to view the propety I was interested in.
As a buyer I would say to all sellers at least mystery shop the estate agent you plan to use
