My first contact with Country Properties was over the phone when I enquired as to availability. We quickly arranged a date for a property viewing and it was Sarah who showed me the property. She was very friendly and comfortable to converse with, and seemed to have a good rapport with the former (then current) tenants of the property. My questions were answered, and she even suggested that improvements may be made to the property before my move, which obviously I was pleased to hear.
From that point I was dealing with Pam Dewhurst, who arranged for the aforementioned improvements to be made and kept in touch with me very clearly throughout the process of my moving in.
Overall, I was very happy with the attitude, friendliness and professionalism displayed (certainly much better than my dealings with other letting agencies), so much so that i'm happily spending my time writing this review, and would definitely recommend Country Properties to my friends.
