My property was mismanaged by another letting agent, I found myself with an unsuitable tenant who was unable to pay the rent. My former agents issued the wrong paperwork and landed me with enormous legal expenses - and I still had the tenant who should never have been allowed to move in in the first place. I asked Richard Candy of Lettings-R-us to help and he sorted the whole sorry mess out for me without incurring any more expenses. He talked to my tenant and got her some help that she badly needed, she'd been terrified by the threatening letters from my former agents who never attempted to talk to her although they told me they had. Since moving to Lettings-r-us I have been able to leave everything to them. They have found suitable tenants and have looked after them as well as me and my property. The rent is paid on time, comes directly to me when it is due (unlike my former agents who kept it in their bank account for several weeks before passing it on), the service is friendly and efficient the only regret is that I didn't use them from the start, they would have saved me many thousands of pounds and a lot of heartache.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you were not happy with our services. The landlord did put a new roof on and the roofer did come back to rectify the issue. The landlord thought that this was fixed. I am not sure how the plug is coming away from the wall and this was not reported to the office. The property has an electrical installation condition report and this has happened during the tenancy.
