I may be a student, but I'm not an idiot. Mistoria are the worst company I have ever had to deal with, they take too long to respond to emails and when you call up you are always passed onto someone else who always happens to be 'out the office'!
We were told we could move in at the beginning of July but were then told that our house was undergoing maintenance so we had to move in next door. We spent a month in a different house, and learnt that there was no maintenance being carried out and that it was due to a tenant still living there! We were then told we had one day to move into the house as the original tenants were due to arrive in our 'temporary' house. This proved difficult seeing as we had other commitments such as jobs and we were given very little notice!
After the stress of moving in, my house mates and I spent several weeks with no heating during a very cold winter because they kept failing to send someone out, and then had the cheek to say we have overspent on utilities by......ALOT.
I will now be going back into student accommodation after how much of a stressful experience I had with Mistoria. Avoid at all costs.
P.s I am now in battle for my deposit, which they are attempting to keep due to apparent overspend on utilities, baring in mind there were 4 of us in the house so they are attempting to keep £800.

I found my rent an acceptable price due to bills being included, however this is the only thing I can positively comment on regarding this letting agency.

We are disappointed to read your comments and we apologise for your experience. We are aware of the circumstances of your situation but want to stress that the problem wasn't structural.
Our contractors did attend the property when the leak was reported but were denied entry by yourself until after the council had visited. Unfortunately this took a month, in which time the problem had worsened.

We're disappointed to hear this tenant felt they had such a negative experience with us.
It's hard to give a personal and full response to this tenant as we are unable to identify them from the comments left. All we can do is apologise if the feel they didn't get the service they expected and use the feedback to improve our service in the future.

We are fully aware of this tenant's experience and we've spent a lot of time handling this case.
We're sorry that she feels she had such poor service from us but as far as we are concerned, all protcol was followed and the necessary steps were taken with regards to maintenance issues, the check-out process and deposit dispute.
