At first everything was great the team were very helpful and quick at getting back to me.
Unfortunately we had quite a few issues with the flat where things were going wrong, we wasn't provided with utility providers dispite many requests, and no one could tell us if our boiler was gas or not. We moved in on October 25th and we managed to work it out ourselves early Feb, i was making long phone calls to 0845 numbers which ran up my phone bill but i was just glad it was finally sorted. Then i had to take whole days off work to have someone pop over to show we how to switch an extractor fan on (apparently unable to advise me of where a switch was over the phone), i was given dates and times for maintenance people to come and have a look at jobs which needed doing only to be told at the end of the day that Haart had given me the wrong day. I am still waiting for someone to contact me regarding a faulty light that keeps switching (and clicking) on and off all night long!!!
My partner and i are now about to move out of the flat and have been told that Haart will not give us a reference to confirm we are tenants and have paid on time unless my partner and i pay £30+VAT each even though we have a joint tenancy agreement. I sent an email yesterday and made a few phone calls to several people, i am yet to receive a response and when i do speak to people i get rude, sarcastic reactions about the fee which i should apparently know about, even though i can not find this amount anywhere in my tenancy agreement!!!! had i of known this i would have never offered the full rental asking price.
Disgusting service, i will be advising all of my friends to never ever use Haart!!!!!

Slightly more than other local agents but acceptable, although the end of tenancy reference is a joke!!!!
