From our first contact with Lizzie, we went on to deal with most of the staff at the St Ives branch.
They have all been polite, courteous and professional in all our dealings.
They went beyond their remit time and again, i.e when our buyers solicitors ( were a complete nightmare ) stopped communicating with all parties concerned, Kerry & Katy managed to get everyone talking again.

Comment on agent fees
I think all agents fees are way too high. Even more so in the fact that I was the person that sold the house, after the agents had tried on numerous occasions !
