The process of buying a house is widely perceived as daunting. There are many elements that could go wrong or take forever to get an outcome in your favour. It will be like winning a jackpot if all works according to the plan. In the circumstances like these, Coopers Residential of Ruislip Manor come out as your saving grace.
From the very start of the process, Rosie Pierce was very communicative and constantly provided us with the updates. As the momentum in the process picked up, she was extremely diligent in contacting all the parties and putting the right kind of pressure in taking this towards the conclusion. In the week of the exchange, while she was away, her colleague Thomas filled in as efficiently as expected from an overall dynamic team.
I have nothing but the positive words for this agency and will not hesitate to highly recommend them to others, or use them personally again in the future, if the circumstances permit. However, I cannot say this for my solicitor and with whom I cannot associate the above attributes. In the hindsight, if I had gone with Coopers' recommendation for the solicitor, probably, I may have hit the jackpot.
